About Our Workload & Time Management
Programme:
Overload
Many people feel ruled by their Inbox; they have
too much to do with too little time, constantly
juggle priorities, attend unproductive meetings, and go
home worrying about work – Priority Management
provides practical, immediate solutions.
Results from the Training
People save
at least an hour a day, increase their reliability
and improve the delivery of their Goals.
Process/Technology Balance
Priority Management applies
the best practices for managing work with a balance
between process and technology. "Working Sm@rt" is
developed from the "Priority Manager" programme
to use desktop software to apply the working methods.
(There are different versions using Microsoft Outlook,
Lotus Notes or Novell GroupWise, with advice on using
Handhelds like BlackBerry).
Multi-phase
The programme consists of a highly practical
hands-on 7-hour workshop. The next phase a few weeks
later is 1 hour 30 mins personal desk coaching to customise
the training to individual requirements and reinforce
the learning . “Working Sm@rt” helps
delegates to bring their day-to-day under control.
This can be followed by a 4-hour workshop, “Priority
Planning”, for those who also need to develop
their prioritising skills around their Goals and
Key Results Areas.
Who should attend
This course
is designed for all those who have to multi-task
and decide on priorities. This includes front line
and support roles, project and team managers, or
anyone who would like to achieve more with less stress
and effort.
Programme Benefits
Individuals
and teams will improve their scheduling, task management,
e-mail handling, project planning and communication
